Every railroad corporation shall, within a reasonable time after its railroad is located in this state, cause to be made a map and profile thereof, with the names of the owners of the lands through which it runs, and of the noted places along the same stated thereon, and file the same in the office of the Secretary of State, and in the office of the clerk of the county court of each county in which any part of said road is located. e
