West Virginia Code § 31-2-6

Charter to show principal cities and towns to be served by railroad

Any charter issued under article one of this chapter incorporating any railroad company for
the purpose of constructing a railroad in the State of West Virginia shall name the principal
towns and cities which are proposed to be reached and served by such railroad.
