Members of the education commission of the states; term;

In pursuance of Article III A of said compact, there shall be seven members of the education
commission of the states from the State of West Virginia consisting of the Governor and four
persons appointed by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, who
shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor, and two members of the Legislaeture, one
appointed from the Senate by the president thereof and one appointed from the House of
Delegates by the speaker thereof, who shall serve at the pleasure of ther appointing officer.
Members so appointed shall have the qualifications specified in said Article III A of the
compact.
