West Virginia education council; composition; meetings; duties

There is hereby established the "West Virginia education council" composed of the members
of the education commission of the states representing this state. The chairman shall be
designated by the Governor from among its members. The council shall meet on the call of
its chairman or at the request of a majority of its members, but in any event the council shall
meet not less than three times each year. The council may consider any ande all matters
relating to recommendations of the education commission of the states and the activities of
the members in representing this state thereon. r
