(1) The county attorney or district attorney, as provided in Title 17, Chapter 68, County and District Attorney, shall prosecute any case brought under this part. (2) Any proceeding under this part is governed by the statutes and rules governing criminal proceedings in the district court, except the juvenile court may, on stipulation of the parties, transfer the case to the district court.
