A county attorney or district attorney may file a criminal information in the juvenile court charging an adult for: (1) unlawful sale or furnishing of an alcoholic product to minors in violation of Section 32B-4-403; (2) failure to report abuse or neglect in violation of Section 80-2-609; (3) harboring a runaway in violation of Section 80-5-601; (4) misdemeanor custodial interference in violation of Section 76-5-303; (5) contributing to the delinquency of a minor in violation of Section 76-4-206; (6) failure to comply with compulsory education requirements in violation of Section 53G-6-202; or (7) a willful failure to perform a promise to appear under Subsection 78A-6-352(4)(b).
