Sec. 24.439. 262ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (HARRIS COUNTY). (a) The 262nd Judicial District is composed of Harris County. (b) The 262nd District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. (c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1082 (H.B. 3481 ), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2017.
