Sec. 24.440. 263RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT (HARRIS COUNTY). (a) The 263rd Judicial District is composed of Harris County. (b) The 263rd District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. (c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1082 (H.B. 3481 ), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2017.
