§ 40.1-1-6. Offices of department. The department of administration shall furnish the state department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals offices in which to transact its business and keep its records. Those offices shall be open for business each day of the year except Sundays and legal holidays during hours as may be prescribed by the director. History of Section. Reorg.
