§ 40.1-1-7. Appointment of employees. The director of the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, subject to the provisions of chapter 4 of title 36, shall be the appointing authority for all employees of the department, and the director may assign this function to subordinate officers and employees as may to him or her seem feasible or desirable.
