Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Penalties

Any person who willfully fails to comply with the provisions of
this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by
imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30)
days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
