Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Persons excluded from serving as examiners or deputies

It is specifically provided that no embalmer, funeral director,
or employee of a funeral home shall be employed in any capacity with
the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, nor shall any member of
law enforcement including but not limited to peace officers, deputy
sheriffs, and reserve deputies.
