Oklahoma Code § 56-27.10

Title 56. Poor Persons: Department of Public Welfare - Scope of participation

The State Department of Public Welfare may participate in
community work and training programs financed in whole or in part
with federal funds, and may submit a new or amended state plan for
such purposes to any appropriate federal agency and enter into
agreements with any federal agency for such purpose, and comply with
requirements necessary to obtain federal funds for such work and
training programs; and may provide either for the establishment and
operation of such programs, or for cooperation with a federal
administrative agency in the operation of such programs, as may be
required under federal legislation now or hereafter enacted,
providing federal funds for such programs.
