Oklahoma Code § 56-27.11

Title 56. Poor Persons: Conflicts with federal law

If any of the provisions of this act shall be in conflict with
any applicable federal statutes, rules and regulations, such federal
statutes, rules and regulations shall prevail and be controlling,
until such time as the federal statute, rules and regulations shall
be revised to conform to this act.
