Title 56. Poor Persons: Community work and training program

The term community work and training program shall be defined as
follows:  A plan jointly entered into between the Department of
Public Welfare and an agency, department, board or commission of the
state or federal government, county, city or municipal corporation
which is subject to approval of the Department of Public Welfare
under which the state or federal government, county, city or

municipal corporation undertakes to provide work in and about public
works or improvements, utilizing labor and services required to be
performed by applicants or recipients of public assistance.
