Title 27A. Environment And Natural Resources: Temporary employees

A.  For the purposes of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission,
seasonal employees employed by the Commission who work less than
nine hundred ninety-nine (999) hours in a twelve-month period shall
be considered temporary employees and shall be unclassified.  The
Commission may employ seasonal employees throughout the calendar
year.
B.  The Commission, in its annual budget request, shall include
a summary of the use of project labor, which shall include the
number of workers employed under the provisions of this section and
the total wages paid to these employees.
