Oklahoma Code § 27A-3-2-103

Office space.
A.  The Commission:
1.  May employ an Executive Director and any technical experts
and other agents and employees, permanent and temporary, as may be
required, and shall determine their qualifications, duties, and
compensation;
2.  May call upon the Attorney General of the state for any
legal services as may be required.  In addition, the Commission, if
it determines that it is needed, may employ or appoint attorneys or
in-house counsel to advise or represent the Commission; and
3.  Shall have authority to delegate to its chairman, to one or
more of its members, or to one or more agents or employees, any
powers and duties as it may deem proper.
B.  Offices shall be provided by the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services in Oklahoma City.  Upon request of the
Commission for the purpose of carrying out any of its functions, the
supervising officer of any state agency, or of any state institution
of learning, shall, insofar as may be possible under available

appropriations and having due regard to the needs of the agency to
which the request is directed, assign or detail to the Commission
members of the staff or personnel of the agency or institution of
learning, and make any special reports, surveys, or studies as the
Commission may request.
