Oklahoma Code § 27A-3-2-104

Title 27A. Environment And Natural Resources: Chairman, quorum and expenses

The Commission shall reorganize annually and select a chairman
from among its members who shall serve for one (1) year from the
date of selection.  A member of the Commission shall hold office so
long as such member retains the office by virtue of which he shall
be serving on the Commission.  A majority of the Commission shall
constitute a quorum, and the concurrence of a majority in any matter
within their duties shall be required for its determination.  The
chairman and members of the Commission shall be entitled to receive
reimbursement for traveling expenses necessarily incurred in the
performance of their duties in accordance with the State Travel
Reimbursement Act.
