Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Dealing in gambling devices

A.  Dealing in gambling devices is manufacturing, transferring
or possessing with intent to transfer any gambling device or
subassembly or essential part thereof.
B.  Any person dealing in gambling devices shall be guilty of a
Class D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for
in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or a fine

of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
