Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Permitting premises to be used for commercial gambling

A.  Permitting premises to be used for commercial gambling is
intentionally:
1.  Granting the use or allowing the continued use of a place as
a gambling place; or
2.  Permitting another to set up a gambling device for use in a
place under the offender's control.
B.  Any person permitting premises to be used for commercial
gambling shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.  Any person found guilty
of a second offense under this section shall be punished by
imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year or by
a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
