Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Possession of a gambling device

A.  Possession of a gambling device is knowingly possessing or
having custody or control, as owner, lessee, agent, employee, bailee
or otherwise, of any gambling device.
B.  Any person possessing a gambling device who knows or has
reason to know said devices will be used in making or settling
commercial gambling transactions and deals in said gambling devices
with the intent to facilitate commercial gambling transactions shall
be punished for a misdemeanor.
