Title 2. Agriculture: Pack-date and expiration date - Regrading and repacking

(a) A pack-date may be in a three-digit julian date or a
calendar date.
(b) If an expiration date is used on the container, the date
shall be preceded by EXP.
(c) Eggs removed from sale as a result of the expiration date on
the container may be regraded and repacked if such eggs comply with
grade standards.
