Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly Each internet- or computer-based community school shall provide its students a location within a fifty-mile radius of the student's residence at which to complete the statewide achievement and diagnostic assessments prescribed under sections 3301.079, 3301.0710, and 3301.0712 of the Revised Code.
