Effective: February 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 2 - 131st General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, each internet- or computer-based community school may provide its students with a location within a fifty-mile radius of the student's residence at which the student may receive counseling, instructional coaching, and testing assistance.
