Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) On or after July 1, 2004, no internet- or computer-based community school shall enter into a contract with a nonpublic school to use or rent any facility space at the nonpublic school for the provision of instructional services to students enrolled in the internet- or computer-based community school. (B) If an internet- or computer-based community school has a contract with a nonpublic school as described in division (A) of this section, the department of education and workforce shall not make any payments under section 3317.022 of the Revised Code to the internet- or computer-based community school for any student who is enrolled in the internet- or computer-based community school and receives any instructional services from the internet- or computer-based community school at the nonpublic school.
