Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly Upon transfer of the wireless service number to the petitioner, the petitioner shall assume all financial responsibility for any costs associated with the wireless service number and any costs for the device associated with the wireless service number.
