Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly Nothing in sections 3113.45 to 3113.459 of the Revised Code shall preclude a wireless service provider or reseller from applying to the petitioner any routine and customary requirements for account establishment as part of the transfer, including identification, financial information, and customer preferences.
