Effective: May 3, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 550 - 118th General Assembly (A) No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament without a permit issued by the chief of the division of wildlife under section 1533.92 of the Revised Code. (B) No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament contrary to any special conditions imposed on the tournament by the chief under section 1533.94 of the Revised Code. (C) No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament in a manner that violates the rules of the chief adopted under section 1533.93 of the Revised Code. Each violation of any such rule constitutes a separate violation of this division. (D) No person operating a tag fishing tournament in accordance with a permit issued by the chief under section 1533.92 of the Revised Code shall charge an entry fee per participant in excess of ten per cent of the permit fee established by the chief under that section if the permit fee is less than two hundred dollars.
