Effective: May 3, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 550 - 118th General Assembly Nothing in sections 1533.92 to 1533.97 or section 2915.02 of the Revised Code shall be construed as prohibiting a fishing tournament in which a prize is awarded by virtue of catching a quantity, size, or weight of fish and not by virtue of catching any specifically marked fish.
