Effective: May 3, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 550 - 118th General Assembly (A) No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a theft or fraud offense under the laws of this state, another state, or the United States shall be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section 1533.92 of the Revised Code. (B) No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any gambling offense under the laws of this state, another state, or any political subdivision of this state or another state shall be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section 1533.92 of the Revised Code. (C) No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to violating section 1533.97 of the Revised Code shall thereafter be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section 1533.92 of the Revised Code.
