The department may enter into agreements with an agency of the state, another state or the United States to facilitate the issuance, use and verification process of electronic credentials issued by the department or another state. History: 1978 Comp., § 66-5-603, enacted by Laws 2024, ch. 13, § 9. Effective dates. — Laws 2024, ch. 13 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 15, 2024, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
