Nevada Code § 483.550

Driving without valid license; penalty

1. It is unlawful for any person to drive
a motor vehicle upon a public street or highway in this State without being the
holder of a valid drivers license. A person who violates this section is
guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. The court shall require any person
convicted of violating subsection 1 to obtain a valid drivers license or
produce a notice of disqualification from the Department.
