1. For each county of the State the Commission may appoint one or more official representatives to be designated as inspectors, and may appoint one chief inspector in each county having a population of 100,000 or more. The chief inspectors shall supervise the work of all other inspectors appointed by the Commission. Each inspector must receive from the Commission a card authorizing the inspector to act as an inspector for the county designated. The inspector holds office as an inspector at the pleasure of the Commission. 2. An inspector shall not at any time during service as an inspector promote or sponsor any professional contest or exhibition of unarmed combat, or combination of those events.
