Nevada Code § 467.040

Employment of Executive Director and additional personnel; deposit of money in State General Fund; exceptions

1. The Governor shall appoint an Executive
Director, who must not be a member of the Commission.
2. The Executive Director serves at the
pleasure of the Governor.
3. The Executive Director may, within the
limits of available money, employ such additional personnel as may be required
to carry out the duties of the Commission.
4. Except as otherwise provided in
subsections 4 and 5 of NRS 467.080 ,
subsection 8 of NRS 467.100 , subsections
2, 6 and 9 of NRS 467.107 , NRS 467.108 , 467.135 , subsection 4 of NRS 467.136 , subsection 6 of NRS 467.158 and subsection 3 of NRS 467.159 , all money received by the
Executive Director or the Commission pursuant to the provisions of this chapter
must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the State General
Fund.
