Compensation of members of Commission and other employees of Commission; classification of Executive Director; certain other employment of Executive Director allowed

1. Members of the Commission, if
authorized by the Chair, are entitled to receive a salary of not more than $80,
as fixed by the Commission, for each full-day meeting of the Commission.
2. While engaged in the business of the
Commission, each member and employee of the Commission is, upon the
authorization of the Chair, entitled to receive the per diem allowance and
travel expenses provided for state officers and employees generally.
3. The Executive Director of the
Commission is in the unclassified service of the State. The Executive Director
may pursue any other business or occupation not inconsistent or in conflict
with his or her duties as Executive Director.
4. Each inspector for the Commission is
entitled to receive for the performance of his or her duties a fee approved by
the Commission.
