Limitations on use of federal payments for maintenance of children in foster care

Not more
than 60 percent of the total number of children for whom maintenance is
provided pursuant to Part E of Title IV of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.
 670 et seq., may have been in foster care for more than 24 months.
