Nevada Code § 387.116

Limitation on use of money received as reimbursement for breakfast served under Program

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, any federal or state money received by a public school or school
district as reimbursement for breakfast served under the Program must be used
only for the food served and operations directly incidental to the provision of
breakfast.
2. A public school that receives money
pursuant to NRS 387.1155 may use the
money for the following purposes with respect to the implementation and
operation of the Program:
(a) Training school employees.
(b) Any additional costs of labor.
(c) Equipment related to the provision of
breakfast.
(d) To conduct surveys designed to market the
Program to pupils and the families of pupils and to receive feedback on
proposed breakfast menu items.
