Voidable contracts and transactions of protected person

Any contract, except to the extent of the
reasonable value of necessaries, and any transaction with respect to the
property of a protected person made by the protected person are voidable by the
guardian of the estate if such contract or transaction was made at any time by
the protected person while he or she was incapacitated or a minor.
