1. At the time appointed, the court, upon proof that due notice of the hearing has been given, shall hear the petition and any objection that has filed or is presented. 2. If the court is satisfied that the conveyance or transfer should be made, it shall enter an order directing the personal representative to execute the conveyance or transfer to the person entitled thereto. 3. If the transaction relates to real property, a certified copy of the order must be recorded with the deed in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the real property is located.
