Nevada Code § 148.430

Petition and notice

1. The personal representative, or the
person claiming to be entitled to the conveyance or transfer, may file with the
clerk a petition setting forth the facts upon which the claim is predicated.
2. The clerk shall set the petition for
hearing, and the petitioner shall give notice for the period and in the manner
required by NRS 155.010 .
