Effect of order; execution of order

1. The order is prima facie evidence of
the correctness of the proceedings and of the authority of the personal
representative to make the conveyance or transfer, and after its entry, the
person entitled to the conveyance or transfer has a right to the possession of
the property contracted for, and to hold the property according to the terms of
the intended conveyance or transfer, in like manner as if it had been conveyed
or transferred pursuant to the order.
2. The personal representative shall
execute the conveyance or transfer according to the directions of the order,
and the court may enforce its execution by process. The conveyance or transfer
passes title to the property contracted for as fully as if the contracting
party had executed it while living.
