(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that:
(i) except as provided in item (ii) of this paragraph, has had at
least 50 members paying dues of at least $10 per year per member for the 5 years
immediately before the year for which the license is issued; or
(ii) if the club is composed exclusively of members who served
in the armed forces of the United States and is affiliated with a national organization,
has at least 50 members paying the dues that were required by the national
organization in the year immediately before the year for which the license is issued.
(2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and
liquor at a club at retail at the place described in the license, for on-premises
consumption.
(c) The annual license fee is $250.
