(a) There is an amusement park beer license. (b) The Board may issue the license to the operator of an amusement park, whether an individual, an association of individuals, or a corporation. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at one or more locations within the confines of the park. (d) The license holder may sell beer from 8 a.m. to midnight on every day from May 1 to September 30 of each year, except Sundays and election days. (e) Sections 4-203, 4-204, and 4-205 of this article do not apply to a license issued under this section. (f) The annual license fee is $100.
