Donated or purchased alcoholic beverages served at event

Sec. 4. A qualified organization may serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises during an event that are: (1) purchased by or donated to the qualified organization by: (A) a permittee; or (B) a person that is not a permittee; and (2) in sealed bottles or cases.
