Indiana Code § 7.1-3-6.3-3

"Qualified organization"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "qualified organization" has the meaning set forth in IC 4-32.3-2-31 . For purposes of this chapter, a qualified organization may also be a permittee and is not required to comply with the registration requirements of IC 4-32.3-2-31 (e) if the qualified organization meets the remaining requirements of IC 4-32.3-2-31 .
