Sec. 7. The application fee or renewal fee for a registration certificate to operate as a timber buyer, is one hundred thirty dollars ($130). The fee for a certificate stating that a registration certificate has been issued and security filed is twenty dollars ($20). All fees collected by the department accrue to the use of the department for its administrative purposes. Formerly: Acts 1972, P.L.190, SEC.1.
