Indiana Code § 23-6-3-3

Annual meeting; governing body; election; resolutions

Sec. 3. (a) There shall be an annual meeting of the members of the society at a time and place to be specified in the bylaws.       (b) At each annual meeting one-third (1/3) of the members of the governing body shall be elected by the members of the society in a manner and for terms to be specified in the bylaws.       (c) The number of members of the governing body shall be fixed by the bylaws.       (d) The members of the society, at the annual meeting, may adopt such resolutions for the government of the society as they think proper and as are not inconsistent with this chapter and with the laws and constitution of this state.
