Sec. 4. (a) The governing body of the society may make such bylaws as it thinks proper for the government of the society and for carrying into effect the objects of the society not inconsistent with this chapter or with any resolution that is adopted at an annual meeting of the members of the society.       (b) The bylaws adopted by the governing body and a statement of the receipts and disbursements of the society shall be reported to the annual meetings of the society.
