Indoor Air Pollution Advisory Council.

(a) The Board shall ensure the development of the following: (i) criteria
for acceptable indoor air quality, (ii) recommendations on achieving acceptable
indoor air quality, (iii) educational activity on indoor air quality among
public and private agencies, and (iv) a program for the certification of indoor
air quality inspectors.

 
(b) The Board shall develop statewide indoor air quality guidelines
including, without limitation, the following:

 
 
(1) ventilation standards, including criteria for 
 
acceptable indoor air quality;

 
 
(2) source control guidelines for indoor air 
 
contaminants, including building material selection, construction and remodeling procedures, and suggested bake-out procedures;

 
 
(3) occupancy control guidelines; and

 
 
(4) suggestions for air cleaning procedures.
