(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032) Sec. 180. Restoration. At any time after the suspension or revocation of any license or recovery permit, the Commission may restore the license or recovery permit to the accused person, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Commission determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
